Shipping ConfirmationYou will receive a second email from us notifying you that your order has been processed and shipped. The second email will include tracking information for your delivery. |

Can a customer preorder a “currently unavailable” item?A customer can’t preorder a seed that not in season to sow & is currently unavailable but they can order for tools & other accessories. |

Can a customer change their order?If customer wants to change or cancel the order they have to call us as soon as possible. Seeds usually go out within one to two days of an order placement, so if they need to cancel or change a seed order, it is best to call back the same day they place that order to do so. |

Within how many days the order will reach the customer?We can have different zones in India as per our distance from which will show within how many days the order will reach them. |

When & how can I cancel the order?To cancel an order, please drop us an e-mail at [email protected] with details of the order you are cancelling within 12 hours. A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched. |

How to I pay for a 9gardens purchase?9gardens assured that 9gardens’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You can pay by all major credit cards and debit cards (including Maestro cards) issued by Indian banks. You can also use Internet Banking (covering 44 banks), E-Gift Voucher. |

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on 9gardens?There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on 9gardens. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. In fact, we waive off the ₹50 shipping charge for delivery on orders worth ₹400 and over. |

How to I pay using credit card?We accept all VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued in India. 9gardens cannot currently process international credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password. |

How to I pay using debit card?We accept debit cards issued by all banks in India. 9gardens cannot currently process international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment. |

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on 9gardens?Your online transaction on 9gardens is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on 9gardens are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Banks in India now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification. |
