REFUND POLICY

We guarantee all products in our catalogue to the full amount of the purchase price. We will provide a replacement to you if you are not satisfied it might be replacement with another product or it might credit points.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store.

Damaged In Transit:

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.

You need to send us the picture of the damaged piece. As soon as we get the image we will examine it & start the processing of the replacement if it fits with our terms & conditions.

Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery informing us of the problem. You can return it within 30 days and either gets a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please drop us an e-mail at [email protected] with details of the order you are cancelling within 12 hours. A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.

Returns:

You can return anything you're not happy with within 30 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 5 days of receipt to advice of its return and that it's not something you've tried out and not liked!

We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
