What do I need to pay for shipping?

We at 9gardens provide free delivery of items if your Invoice value is Rs. 400/- or more. Alternatively you have to pay Rs. 50/- for Shipping if the Invoice value is less than Rs. 400/-. This values are applicable only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is a maximum of 4-6 business days. If we are out of stock then it may take a maximum of 10-15 working days for us to process your order. If your location is remote our Customer Support team will communicate to you within three business days of your order booking to communicate to you on how we can manage your delivery.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers to deliver it at your doorstep and you will be given docket number to track the shipment.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional charges other than the shipping charges of Rs 50. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the listed prices.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are preserved (As we need special storage facilities to store most of our goods when its kept in our premises so that customer gets the best benefit out of what we sell) in our various warehouses and usually takes 1-2 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 6-7 business days. Products which you can pre-book, and are labeled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.

We currently operate through DTDC & Professional couriers but we will expand the carriers list who would provide solutions benefiting our customers.

If your order is of utmost urgency or meant to be for some special occasion, inform us at the time of ordering We will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery mode/location that is serviced by our courier partners.
