Product Description
Product Type: Seeds
Lemon trees and other citrus fruits grow particularly well in tropical and subtropical climates. Sour citrus trees such as lemons don't require higher temperatures as do sweeter citrus fruits, making them a possibility even for those in cooler coastal areas. Lemon trees flourish outdoors year-round in hot, sunny regions, but they can also thrive indoors as edible houseplants in cold-season climates.
Growing Tips:
Citrus in pots can be put outdoors in summer, in a sheltered sunny position, but only when temperatures increase, from mid-June until late September. Keep some fleece handy in case of sudden cold nights in early summer. Temperatures below 7°C (45°F) may cause damage or even death.
