At 9gardens, user information is always kept private and secure. To protect our users’ privacy, details shared by the users will be kept private and secure. Requesting or sharing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details (Other than your name) is not permitted between the buyer & the seller. We will moderate and send the information if there is a business requirement.

The Customers can cancel the order which they have placed within 12 hours. A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.

Customers can also cancel orders which are delivered late if it was meant for a specific time bound occasion.

If the product purchased is damaged in transit or is a defective one, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. We will replace it.
