What do I need to pay for shipping?

We at 9gardens provide free delivery of items if your Invoice value is Rs. 400/- or more. Alternatively you have to pay Rs. 50/- for Shipping if the Invoice value is less than Rs. 400/-. This value is applicable only for India.

Handling charges are included in the cost price of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is a maximum of 7-10 business days excluding public holidays and Sundays.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on 9gardens.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Can I pay cash on delivery for every product I buy on 9gardens.com?

The cash-on-delivery option is not available on products like plants etc.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers to deliver it at your doorstep. 

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional charges other than the shipping charges of Rs 50. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the listed prices.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Carriers of seeds:

We currently operate through Ondot, Trackon & GMS couriers also India Post but we will expand the carriers list that would provide solutions benefiting our customers.

We make sure that the products which you have ordered will reach you in the best conditions. In case any damage happened in transit 9gardens.com is not responsible for it.

Carrier of Plants:

We make sure that the plant which you have ordered will reach you in the best conditions. 

Shipment By Road:

If your order is more than 10kg we will ship it through road. The process of which might take 5 – 10 days more.

Payments:

We are using Payu for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

When do we process the orders:

All orders are processed Monday-Saturday, and we do not ship on Sundays. All the orders are processed with in 3 - 7 working days.

In case of delay you will be informed prior.

For Live Plants:

• All Live Plant orders are packed & shipped in a way that they arrived in healthy condition at your place.
• Our shipping date ranges refer to the week when orders are processed, but this date is not the arrival date of the order.
• All Orders are processed & shipped within 3-10 business days.
• We will update you in advance if delay occur.

On which days do you not deliver?

Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

Does 9gardens.com deliver internationally?

We do not deliver internationally at this point. You can, however, order an item from any location and have it delivered within India.

If your order is of utmost urgency or meant to be for some special occasion, inform us at the time of ordering We will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery mode/location that is serviced by our courier partners.
